Every bar I've been to in Sheboygan will give you at least 1 free soda refill but franks charges you 1.75 each and the pizza is for some reason too salty. Not much of a good place to go for the fun honestly.

Frank's is a nice little bar and pizza place if you ask me! The building is well maintained, pretty on the outside and very clean and roomy on the inside and sports a very friendly warm atmosphere! The service was great on all ends; polite, quick and attentive! The food I got was good! The cheese garlic bread was tasty as was the scarface cheese pizza I got! Be warned this is a thin crust pizza place, and the side dishes are DEFINITELY lacking but other than that? No complaints, Frank's is indeed, pun somewhat intended, a good place! This was a great surprise tonight. 10 years in Sheboygan and never new they did pizza, they do. On a Friday night whim, wanted something different and found Frank's. Awesome timing. Thin crust but heavy enough to carry a healthy load of toppings. Cheese oh course. We will be back again.
