Bidrage med feedbackWe visited a few weeks ago on a Saturday night and sat on the bar. the bartenders who worked in this night were scary and entertaining. they were super busy and it took a little longer than usual to get our food / drinks, but they were attentive and working as fast as possible. we had a great time! eat and drink amazingly. the best lasagne had in a long time.
The bruschetta trio was great all 3 were unique and great portions for a starter. the lasagna was amazingly perfect meat/cheese/ sauce ratio, melt in their mouth quality. pasta brio paired perfectly boiled pasta with a large mix of mushroom, spinat and huh in a roasted red pfeffer sauce, the waitress slapped garnelen supplement and it was a great improvement. the limoncello lemonade helped us pamper our dinner and help me to enjoy talk and time as a couple. it was so brilliant that we decided to take a pollo flatbread back to our hotel to enjoy hours later before bed. a great experience for a beautiful date night. prices seemed fair for the complexity of eating, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the impeccable service of the staff
I took some friends out to eat at that restaurant on Wednesday night and our waiter was Joshua. Even though he was new, he was incredibly funny and attentive. He exceeded our expectations and his customer service was outstanding. We really appreciated his service. Hands down, the most charming waiter ever! Thank you, Joshua!
My son chose Brio for his birthday dinner. I placed a catering order for pickup (1 hour and 45 minutes in advance) and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Although the order was not ready at the scheduled time, the wait was not too long. The pasta alla vodka was excellent - I ordered half a pan catering size and it was enough for 10 people. I also ordered a salad for 10 people, but unfortunately it only served 6. The sourdough bread that came with the order was fantastic, although some pieces were a bit hard and stale. It was convenient that they provided plates and utensils, but they forgot the serving utensils and butter. I tried calling the restaurant to give feedback to the manager but was accidentally hung up on. The food was delicious overall, but there were a few issues with our order.
Let’s start of saying I’m not a fan of pay for location not the food places…. So I typically avoid these places, or am easily disappointed because the food to price discrepancy exists. I will start off by saying right off that the grilled salmon Fresca was on point. Cooked well and I really dug the sweet potato. It added an unexpected texture. So that was good and of our table, I think the artichoke dip and bruschetta were the most popular at our office party. I was not impressed with the service off hours. They mucked our reservation size and then the server actually debated with our manager (who made the reservation) and said we couldn’t move ….. when WE WERE THE ONLY TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT. That was odd. The server also went a bit Mia for a significant period of time. So…. That being said I’m not one to judge a restaurant on a particular server so…. The salmon was nice. Was it the BEST 26 dollar salmon I’ve had in KC….. no. It’s probably 3 or 4th. But I’m not going to dog it. The table enjoyed the lasagna and salads.
