Chao Praya - Shaver Lake

Worse service ever, should have walked out after waiting 40 minutes. Wasn't worth the wait. Food was not bad it was horrible. We tried it left it all there and went to register and paid. Never asked us how it was. They knew. Would give it zero stars if could.

My Sweetie and I recently enjoyed a delightful birthday dinner at Chao Praya. The Panang Curry was delicious. I asked for a level 3 on the heat scale and it was just right. Vicky our server was wonderful and answered all of our questions. When she found out it was my birthday she even took 10% off the tab. What a kind gesture...much appreciated. Shaver definitely lacks in ethnic restaurants so I was thrilled to have a Thai option. Thank you Vicky and Chao Praya for a memorable and delicious experience.

Awesome service, friendly people, and decent food for a little mountain town restaurant! All of us enjoyed our meals. Glad we found it.

I have never thought that a good Thai restaurant would be in Shaver Lake, but after my 8th time here I have to say it's really good! Even surpasses my favorite Thai restaurant in San Francisco.

Waaaaaaayyy too sweet. Everything we ordered was sweet. Kinda nasty, also portions are really small. Be prepared to spend some money, really Damn expensive.
