My go to all my orders are on point ! Hot fast and accurate 3 reasons why I keep coming back

I made an online order last night around 7:30 PM. I didn't receive my pizza until almost 9:00PM. The pizza was out for delivery at 7:50 PM. That's an hour it took the delivery driver to get to my house. The delivery driver admitted it was a slow night. If it was slow why was my order out for delivery for over an hour. Not only was it late but the pizza and bread sticks were ice cold. On top of that the bread sticks were missing the jalapenos they were supposed to come with.
