Bidrage med feedbackThe sheesha is really good.. I ordered a mojito and chocolate milkshake and I must say both were very refreshing and delicious. The place has a very good ethnic feel with live tanoura dance and a poet quipping some lines of wisdom and poetry. All in all a good place to sit back and have a good time.
Nice Set Menu. Not crowded. The atmosphere good inside the mall. Because I got offer so they treated me Less than other people! The Sweets not tasty even they put for us micro peace and for other big peice. When I asked him is it because o took offer. He said yes.. RUDE. Not going again. Dislike The offer I used is Traveller ADIB.
While the food was decent, it wasn't what I expected for the price, the feeling of the place was good, but the staff made me feel like they weren't in the mood for serving, which left a pretty bad impression on me.
Food is great, Ambiance is nice... But the service and behavior of staff is not acceptable. Really felt bad because of that.
I visited Reem Al Bawadi many times since I was a kid, since they started out with 1 branch. Branches visited: Downtown branch, Sahara branch, and Jumeirah branch. Unfortunately, it was always a bad experience at all of their restaurants. Twice during the visits, if the restaurant is at full capacity, and even if we ordered tens of meals, they keep asking and nagging over your head to order something else or simply leave the restaurant so they can seat new customers. As a marketer myself I find this very amusing, and research suggests that retaining a customer costs less than trying to attract a new one. Service at the Jumeirah branch is not good. Went when empty once, and they took forever to notice us every time we wanted to order something. The food itself is not great either with no value, considering the wide variety of options available in the cities (Dubai and Sharjah). Especially the Sahara branch. At Sahara they charge 125 AED for a set menu.... I understand if they charged that in their Dubai branches, but I can go to an amazing restaurant or even a hotel, with better quality food, more portions, nicer view, better ambiance, and wayyyy better service for the same exact price or even lower. It is illogical to unify prices like that for all the branches. Every branch location is different. Seems like they don't focus on their Marketing P's. They just want to gain profit at any cost, and it backfired. No wonder Marka (their parent company) is liquidating and facing losses recently (as mentioned in the local news). I would not be surprised if Reem Al Bawadi is affected in this process because the restaurant needs so so much improvement, especially with the major competition in the food industry, specifically Levantine cuisines. Hope to see improvements soon if the restaurant continues to operate.
