Bidrage med feedbackI ordered takeout as Covid restrictions were still in place. I got King Prawn Korma, Coconut rice, Chicken Tikka Masala, Pilau Rice, Pashwari Nan, and poppadoms. The food arrived promptly (within 20 minutes) and was hot, delicious, and came in generous portions. I would definitely order from there again.
I had a wonderful dining experience with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
While on holiday, we were in the mood for curry and stumbled upon this restaurant. They offered delivery to our campsite, so we decided to give it a try. Despite not labeling the different curries we ordered £90 worth of food for 6 adults. The chef came out to inform us of each curry, which was a nice touch. Initially, we were concerned about the food being cold, but once we tasted it, we were blown away by how delicious it was. We complimented the chef on his amazing skills and mentioned that we had never tried such a tasty curry before. Despite having many curry options in Leicester, this restaurant surpassed our expectations. The staff was friendly and eager to resolve any issues we had. We wish this restaurant was closer to our home. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.
We moved to Shanklin in February this year and initially couldn't find a nice Indian Restaurant/Takeaway. Tonight we tried a takeaway from The House of Spice in Shanklin. It was early when we collected so the restaurant was empty but the staff were quite friendly. Barely had to wait 2 minutes for the food to come out. When we got home we found the food to be packed well and piping hot. We had a chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, naan bread, Bombay aloo and mushroom rice all excellent and although we ordered for 2, there was enough to feed 3 people. We will definitely go back and try a meal in the restaurant; it all looked very clean and inviting.
We went here after very confused reviews about it starting off as The Blue Mango.... then changing to 'Coriander '...and re-opening 12 weeks ago ....we were very pleased we gave this place a try when on a short break to the Island. Coming from the Midlands having good experience of Birmingham Leicester style curries...we thought this place is making a real effort to create food with a depth of spices fresh herbs to create an authentic taste! ..they are very flexible to individual tweaks on any dish ...i had a chicken tikka bhuna also with extra green chillies and methi leaf . Hubster had prawn puree starter chicken balti...only reason for 4 out of 5 is no draft beer for hubby...but my house red was lovely...hopefully we 'll see you again for more great Indian food when we 're back on IOW !!!
