On April 14, 31, there was a stall at the Hina Matsuri held in Nata-ya machi, Morioka City. The bread looked very delicious, so I bought several pieces. The blueberry bread has a fluffy texture with sweet and sour blueberry jam sandwiched inside. Despite its thickness, the bread is soft all the way to the crust, unlike many others that are hard and dry. The walnut bread is a simple bread with large chunks of walnuts and a hint of salt. I became addicted to it when I tried it with black sesame paste. Of course, I think it would also be delicious sliced thick and toasted in the oven. The adult melon bread was a surprise to eat! It has coffee cream hidden inside. It doesn't have the sweet, crispy outer layer like regular melon bread, but I discovered a new deliciousness with this one. Next, I would like to visit the shop in Yamada.

The prices are reasonable and the food is easy to eat. It's delicious.

The bread made with locally sourced wheat is delicious. There are also kid-friendly options, and there are so many types of bread I want to try, so I definitely want to go back to eat when I stop by Yamada Town! The Fukuko Ring is also recommended as a souvenir, maybe?
