Pizza Hut - Shakopee

Good food.. but no one was wearing gloves including the lady spreading our topping on our pizzas and digging her fingers in every topping, for every pizza she made.

This is the only place I've been ordering pizza lately. I'm not a huge fan of pizza in general, but at least I can eat their pizza. Picked up my pizza yesterday in 25 min after ordering and it was hot and ready when I arrived. Was greeted by a friendlygirl, she was polite and got my order fast. Not sure what people here are complaining about. I never dined in, order pick upsonly. The inside does look unwelcoming the building itself is old and dark, but I'm not going to complain about it as it is apizza take out place for me.

Terrible service. Food was late and half of it was missing. Guy came back over an hour later with warm soda and ice cold wings. Go anywhere else.

Never got my pizza. Tried to call the restaurant and it's either they were too busy with other people complaining or they just unplugged their phone since I was always met with a busy tone. This location has always been a bit rough but I feel this is thenail in the coffin. I'm honestly surprised they haven't closed down yet.

Pizza was delivered to the wrong house by DoorDash. Phone lines were busy at the store after multiple attempts. When we finally found our pizza it was cold, yet burnt.
