Starbucks (setia City Mall) - Shah Alam

Eating is great, meat and other ingredients are fresh, workers are quite efficient, but in any case need more hands, as they were very busy to serve customers when the restaurant is full, have geduld to get their attention. there are always waiting queues during the dining room as well as, as the socket is not very large.

The service needs more improvement on this socket, as the efficiency of the queries are always quite slow. to now the food quality is still good. they may have to sit with the current social distance norm during rmco, although there are not many people.

The workers keep talking and the place is very dirty , the food is ok !

Horrible customer service. Company employs a bunch of young teenagers to run the establishment.

There should be a guide how we can cook.I didn't fancy it
