Pizza Hut Seksyen 20 - Shah Alam

Could have been more friendly by looking at our face when answering a question. Maybe his morning roast.

Place order in the morning, as advanced order for 12.30 pm noon. This lunch is also for my boss. By 12 pm, online already confirmed food is pack. Until 1.30 pm...we haven't received anything, not even updates on the food delivery. The hotline operator keep promising the manager will gave us a call but no calls or what so ever. Even the food is late, pls update customer. We also working here and starving. Waiting...waiting....waiting...who does like to wait when your hungry? ...and my boss already burn out. Not worth for any star.

Next if you don't have any staff, find from others branch before u open or just close. What type of Pizza hut management u got, untill u can let customer waiting almost 1 hours.

This is the second times i have to wait for more than 1 hour for my pizza and i didnt make large order ! the first time i did delivery on cash n wait for 1 hour and half.. i had to go to the store and pay for the pizza instead and the second time im still waiting and still nothing!! DO YOUR WORK BETTER NEXT TIME!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Pizza was not cooked well and drink ordered never came and we just pay and left
