Arby's - Shaffer

Terrible service and did not complete my order correctly. Sandwich was not even wrapped closed and they kept pushing my order back. No order herr and they dont know what they are doing. They all need retrained.

A quick stop at the Dubois, PA Arby's was a breath of fresh air today thanks to Kristen, who turned out to be the general manager, something I didn't know until I walked out the door. Kristen's patience and customer service regarding a gift card issue was so appreciated. Why write a review on something so simple? Because in this day and age, you want those people who make a difference in your day to know it and those who are reading this. Good hire, Arby's! Thanks, Kristen.

I’m a truck driver so it’s hard to pick a location! This Arby’s is the worst. Ordered a corn beef, Ruben it didn’t even have the sauerkraut on it. They messed up 3 other people’s orders. Recommend firing and hiring all new staff. This location is a joke!

The fries weren't fresh, or even warm, and stale.. But they did make me some fresh ones when asked. The fountain drinks were kinda watery.

Arby’s definitely has the meats as they say a variety of different things. You can get here from crinkle cut fries to curly fries to awesome roast beef sandwiches or if you prefer chicken a good number of condiments, such as Arby sauce and horseradish sauce. You definitely won’t be disappointed with this location.
