Brewskies Downtown - Seymour

I had the breaded tenderloin and onion rings. The tenderloin is pretty large. It had the perfect amount of breading. It was slightly overcooked on the edges and a tad salty but still delicious. I would definitely eat here again when I'm back down this way.

The food was great, but the service was slow.I arrived a little before noon, and placed my order about 12:10. I had to flag down my waitress at 12:40 PM to get my order (I had a 1 PM meeting). I ended up with Take Out for lunch. It should not take a half hour plus to cook a hamburger and fries!This seems to be a great place to visit with friends and family while waiting on your food. But it is not a place to visit if you have limited time for lunch.

Great food and service. Quite place without excessive chatter.

I only grabbed a burger and tater tots. The burgers were okay, but prepattied. Good little mom and pop shop.

Strong sewer smell as you walk in. The food was greasy bar food, and so overpriced. The fried pickles were good.
