Seymour Emperor Restaurant

We were the time poor at the night we went, service was great, eating was hot tasty, restaurant nice clean. will definitely go back here when we visit seymour

This restaurant is on the road through the city, so it is really easy to find. there are also nudes of the parking lot that is positiw. it is an old restaurant with a takeaway area separated to the restaurant. the takeaway area is quite large,...with sitting opportunities to make her wait comfortable. Obviously, it was just close when I arrived. the poor lady tried to organize the restaurant and the takeaway area. they would normally offer delivery, but they explained to the people as they simply did not call it possible, they were too short staff. there was a consistent flow of people in and out. (God knows why they did not open it directly between the take-off area and the restaurant to make it easier on the staff) would have been very reasonable if I had eaten my meal, but unfortunately not. I thought it was normal. I love the idea, a dinner pack and a lunch pack for single in a hurry. this restaurant has a lot of potential, it was to run as it should be and disappointing. that's it. it's just not a restaurant that I would return to. sad.

The dishes at this restaurant have enticing aromas, but the quality can be inconsistent. I have had some meals that were perfect and others that were overly saucy and gooey, ruining the dish. However, their special roasted rice is one of the best I have ever tried.

I tried the satay combo, special fried rice, and Chinese sausage from this restaurant. Delivery cost $7.50, which was reasonable. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I would definitely recommend it.

We made a reservation but our table was not reserved, so we had to move to a larger table to accommodate our party of three. As more customers arrived claiming to have also booked tables, the restaurant had to continuously rearrange seating throughout the service. The service was extremely slow, with insufficient staff and multiple requests for items by our table and others were unattended to or took a long time to fulfill. The food was just average.
