Arby's - Seville

Clean, efficient and polite staff. Brisket was tender and French dip yummy.

I have been a manager for 10 years and know when someone is in the wrong. The window employee tonight was very rude. He did not ask if we wanted sauce, we did not get our receipt and he said hear handing out the bag. When we got home we did not have tomatoes on our chicken sandwiches with 1 little piece of bacon and my husband did not get his French onion dip with his sandwich. I only live down the road and I rather drive to a different one if this is how they are going to be.

I can’t rate the food because I couldn’t get any. I went there at 8:30pm and I could not get in to get any food. It says online and on the store that hours are 10am until 10pm, which last time I checked 8:30pm is in between those hours. Anyway I double checked the hours, knocked on the door, looked in the windows to see absolutely no one inside the store, yet there were what looked like employees hanging out in the parking lot. Talked to one of the employees at McDonald’s and he said they do that all the time because he tries to go over there for something a little different and can’t get in either. This place needs new employees and management who will work. Thankfully McDonald’s was open so I could get something to eat.

With an arbys parked literally right beside a truck stop/parking, you'd think their lobby would be open so they could take orders from truckers who can't drive their big trucks through the drive thru lane. They conveniently close their lobby many, many hours before closing time just so they don't have to do more work.
