I don't know if it's been a bad day or the expectations were very high, but I've been very disappointed. I haven't been here for years and I had no bad memory, but this time it hasn't been up to date. I don't talk about prices because you know where the money is going to be spent, but that's why you expect good service and good quality and this time you haven't fulfilled it.
Normal saturday lunch was busy. the food looked good. there were no tables, so we decided to stand on the bar. asked a waiter on a beer, was ignored. asked a second waiter on a beer. after ten minutes to observe how the waiters get together, dripping glasses, a waiter on a slow and others rushed around. 15 minutes and still completely ignored still standing slap bang in the middle of the bar. we left. the waiters looked like they ran away from their feet and totally confused as who did what and to be hones, there were 7 waiters up! we decided to go and go elsewhere. what was busy and we were asked, we had a table reserved that we had, but they found us one. it was at night until day the difference between the two places. May emilios try, but would book, but only because the sea looked good.
I'm not sure why this place had a good local crowd because it was terrible. we ordered garlic prawns and an salate, and we got a bowl of olive oil with cooked garlic and floating little garnels that were swirled. in an oil salad consisting of a bowl of iceberg salate, tomato slices and canned thunfish. the dressing was assumed to come from a bottle of olive oil and a bottle of vinegar that sprinkle them up. but the vinegar bottle had a bug in it. nothing about this meal was delicious. then the bill. ridiculously expensive! the meal came to over $40.00 euro. that was not even a beautiful place! do not wait for them to be here! - no estoy seguro de por qué este lugar tenía una buena multitud local, porque la comida era terrible. pedimos gambas al ajillo y una ensalada, y obtuvimos un tazón de aceite de oliva con ajo en rodajas cocidas y pequeños camarones flotantes que giraban en el aceite y la ensalada que consistsía en un tazón de lechuga iceberg y rodajas de se suponía que el aderezo Provenía de una botella de aceite de oliva y una botella de vinagre que rocía encima ... pero la botella de vinagre tenía un insecto. nada de esta comida era sabrosa. entonces la factura ... la comida salió a más de 40.00 euro. lesto ni siquiera era un lugar elegant! lno pierdas el tiempo aquí!
I don't think that I went to the same place as some of the other reviewers on here. We went to this place as it looked busy and lively with lots of locals at the bar eating. If I had read the reviews on here...I would have passed this place by. We had a good mixture of raw and cooked fish at a very good price more importantly the service was very good with the waiter recommending dishes to us. Some of the items we wanted we not available as they were not good at the market that day a good sign that they don't have a freezer full of old fish. The standout dish was the smoked salmon it came in 3cm cubes with capers, boiled egg and lemon we had a double portion it was so nice.
