Burger King - Sevierville

I eat here on a regular basis. Went through drive thru today and ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo. The fries and drink were fine, the sandwich was horrible. It seemed like it was not fresh, maybe recooked. Very dark in color and bad tasting. Had to discard it. Very disappointing ?

I tried this Burger King one other time over a year ago. Met up with a miserable looking employee that took my order. I called manager to complain. It was explained to me the employee was helping out because they were short staffed. I explained that the employee was not helping at all. So at that point I decided to no longer give them my business.Well, today I figured I’d give them another shot to see if things have improved. Not! The employees were like most everywhere now days post “infecting us with Covid”. No one wants to work! And almost everyone are rude!!I ate in restaurant. It is dark and depressing. No wonder employees act pissed all the time! It is extremely unsanitary looking. Especially where you fill your drink and attempt to get catsup.I left my food on the table and left!I didn’t even ask for a refund because of fear from my reaction if I were met with a bad attitude or comment.I’d stay out of there and go down the road to A&W.On the other hand,,, this morning I ate at Frizzled Chicken over in Pigeon Forge. Very pleasant experience. I will be leaving a perfect rating for them.

We pulled up to the drive thru and started our order when we were told to, and the person working cut my husband off while he was speaking. He was trying to explain we had a code from the app, and she cut him off and said “Baby, I need to know what it’s for”. She wouldn’t tell us our total, didn’t tell us if it worked, she just said “second window”. We pulled up, she took our card, gave us our drinks and said “here you go” with our food. Not only an uncomfortable experience for my husband, but a very unprofessional one.

Had dinner there the day I lost my father. I had been going for thirty six hours and I was starving. Great cheesehburger, very quiet inside.

Excellent breakfast as alwaysSevierville is very lucky to have a good restaurant like this. We Will always eat at this one when in town.
