Kemsing Fish - Sevenoaks

This restaurant was a disappointment. We pre-ordered to avoid any potential busyness, but ended up waiting around for 30 minutes before our food arrived. The cod was overcooked and covered in too much batter, while the haddock was just passable. The chips were low quality and tasted like they were scraped from the bottom of the barrel. It was a waste of time and money compared to our previous experience at the restaurant. It feels like we're back to square one.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and the chips were fresh, hot, and delicious! The prices are very reasonable as well, so I highly recommend this place.

After experiencing a few disappointments, we decided to give this restaurant another try. The service was still friendly, but there was a noticeable improvement in the quality of the food. The chicken was flavorful and moist, not dry and overcooked. The fish was also fresh, not dull and greasy, with just the right amount of batter. It seems like this place has made a comeback and we were pleasantly surprised.

Great tasting chicken and chips and curry sauce. They could not do enough for us and went out of their way to make our meal enjoyable. Really would recommend kemsing chippy.

Best chip shop by far. Lovely family that own it. Food is to perfection. . Leave live in kemsing and wouldn’t ever go elsewhere.
