Experience: Unfortunately, my dining experience at Kentrikon in Serres was far from satisfactory. The major issue was with the chicken dish I ordered. It was significantly undercooked, to the point where there was visible blood in the meat. Concerned for my health, I requested it to be cooked further. However, the dish was returned still undercooked, raising serious concerns about food safety standards. Customer Service: When I raised the issue with the staff, the response was disappointing. I expected some acknowledgment of the risk associated with serving undercooked poultry, but there was none. Furthermore, I had to engage in a lengthy discussion to adjust the bill, given the inedibility of the main dish. Overall: While I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, serving undercooked chicken is a serious issue that can pose health risks. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and the restaurant improves its cooking standards and customer service response. I would be hesitant to recommend Kentrikon based on this experience.
