During dinner time, there might be a slight wait, but the meat is fresh and there are unique, chewy dishes available. The service is also warm and tasty. Jeju black pork is especially delicious when eaten with meljeot.

The answer was indeed charcoal, the meat was thick and smoked with charcoal, making it even tastier. The soybean paste stew and kimchi stew were also very delicious. I went during the weekday afternoon and had a comfortable meal. Please note that parking is limited so be prepared to park on the street.
