Dunkin' - Seneca Falls

This place is absolutely horrific. It just took a HALF HOUR to make an iced coffee. Nothing special about it. Just French vanilla and raspberry. They either need to hire more competent staff or more staff on.

Don?t do the Drive-Thru. Nothing fast about it, and it?s a super long drive-thru without any way to safely pull out if you do decide to go somewhere else due to the wait.

Ordered 2 large iced coffee with the unsweetened vanilla and almond milk. They were so busy talking that they added sugar to our coffee when we are both diabetics and it took them 5 minutes to make at 7pm. Worst service ever!!!

I live on Dunkin donuts in the morning and the employees all know my order when I get to the intercom and they are all great people

Breakfast sandwich and coffee were great! Fresh Munchkins. Good delivery with instructions followed and things got here still warm.
