Pholicious - Seminole

Not authentic at all. Place smells like a dead rodent that needs to be removed.

Very disappointing. I got the vermicelli noodle salad with chicken. I get this almost weekly from a different restaurant near me. I love it!-normally. What I got from pholicious was inedible. They were out of cucumber and cilantro but I figured I would still just get it because I was hungry and there already. I asked specifically that it would have basil and I got barely any. The fish sauce dressing was not made right. It was a dark brown color, not sweet and it did not have any chili flakes. It tasted like maybe all fish sauce with a little vinegar? It was extremely salty and ruined the dish as if it wasn't enough of a let down. The small amount of Noodles I got were soggy. It seemed as if they were scooped out of a soup because there was quite a bit of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. The majority of this dish was iceberg lettuce. I'm honestly feeling nervous that I may end up with food poisoning. Hoping not but I surely will not be returning

I just ordered online and they are not even open during regular business hours. I paid for the meal and it's not even open. No food and paid for it. Seriously worse service I've ever experienced can't even get ahold of anyone for a refund

I don’t think I’ve left a review in my life but I feel like I had to leave one for this place. Ordered my food around 1 o’clock in the afternoon during busy season should’ve known better when I was the only customer in the store, no one at the counter. Girl comes out takes my order takes a few minutes for my PHO to come. I ordered the vegetarian ….just a bowl stuffed to the brim with broccoli, cauliflower and mushy carrots. I had to dig to the bottom just to find the noodles. Eventually just picked out all the veggies…Girl goes in the back, doesn’t come out. I have to ring the bell to get my sauce typically hot sauce and hoisin sauce. But for some reason she said they just ran of a hot sauce five minutes ago. So whatever, that’s fine. I sat alone in the restaurant for 30 minutes. No other customers, never saw the girl again. She went in the back and never came out. Just a very weird vibe like it’s almost like it’s you know it’s going to close. Which isn’t a bad thing…. Better Pho in other places. I will never be back or recommend.

The only thing I didn't like was when you pay for your food, it asked if I wanted to leave a tipNobody waited on me. They made my food.Will they do this at taco bell next?
