Pizza Hut delivered. My order needed to be modified. They called. Upgraded my order and it was delivered promptly. I appreciate that. Great customer service.

Pizza was over an hour late, cold and not made to order. Filled out survey with problem and emailed company with no response. Would not recommend.

Ordered Hot honey pizza online just for them to tell me that was only a promotional item they don’t have it had to wait till extra time for them to cook me a regular pepperoni pizza. Should have gotten a refund instead. Don’t have stuff available to order when it apparently doesn’t exist!
