Mcdonald's - Selma

Food is always cold, the wait is absolutely ridiculous!! Worst part is that my iced coffee is never tasty for a better lack of words!! They really need to hire a better team!

Got a mobile order and when lady brought it out she forgot the drink. When I said something about it she said they didn't have what I paid for. She wasn't going to say anything because she turned to walk away. She needs to be wearing a hair net on that full goatee she was growing. I see now why she works at McDonald's.

It's so sad how the services have changed with fast food most of the workers have attitudes like you did something to them ONLY THEE

Avoid at all costs. Just go to Wendy’s across the street. Nothing but incompetent thieves.

Needs more consistency with the food production. The burritos shouldn't be near rock solid..
