Great experience and food was delicious!Service phenomenal!!

When we asked for an extra sauce at the drive through window, because they only gave us one with FIVE chicken tenders, they told us to drive back around, get back in line and order another sauce. FAST food is the name of the game. Won't be stopping here again. ZERO seasoning on the fries and the biscuit must've been used for kitchen biscuit hockey because it was beat to pieces.

I went there the other night. I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. I asked if they were closed and with the biggest attitude she said “no ma’am”. I asked nicely if i could get 2 cokes. Like i said I could barely hear her because she was mumbling. I repeated “2 cokes “ again and she said “ok i got it” with the biggest attitude. Don’t get me wrong, i love jacks. Always been my favorite go to fast food place. But that one girl was really disrespectful. Their food is great. Service is good. I’ve had numerous times where that girl was really rude to me. The girl seemed as she didn’t care about her job. If you don’t like your job then quit!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would because me as a customer you shouldn’t rush me at the speaker especially to place an order . I was told I was on her time at the speaker on Oct. 15th @9:00
