The workers on this specific day I came were unprofessional. I'm trying to enjoy my lunch break and one worker is on break and out of the whole empty restaurant, decides to come sit a table over from me and blast her tik tok videos she's watching. The managers were shouting across the restaurant to their workers who were also on break. My Crunchwrap was falling apart when I opened it. Other than that everything was fine I guess, probably won't be back to this location though
I went last week and they had no burritos no mild sauce no napkins. This week I gave them another chance and went back I ordered the new chicken taco there was no sauce no jalapeños and I was not told that they were out of all these things burrito Supremes with no sour cream I also was not told and once again no napkins were available at the window. I understand that we want to blame everything on Covid but this is getting ridiculous the store is mismanaged and needs help somebody please help them now. I would think that at some point Taco Bell would step in because this is a severe miss management and lack of brand standards.
I can't say enough good things about El Buen Taco! Jerry and his team just catered my 25th birthday and they did an amazing job. Jerry was very on it with his communication before the event and even dropped off a tray of tacos for me to try a couple weeks beforehand. On the day of the party his truck showed up on time and was quickly serving food to everyone. They brought everything needed for tasty tacos. Plates, utensils, and all the condiments like limes, onions, salsa, and chips were all included! All the guests were loving the tacos and went back for many plates of them. After the party everyone was raving about how good the food was! I will definitely be calling Jerry again for any future taco truck needs.
Very rude and disrespectful staff. Hopefully the manager of this store can get ahold of this incompetent tone the crew carries. I will never return to this Taco Bell, as for tonight I heard every cuss bomb in the book. Why? Because I asked them the reasoning to closing early. It 's not the first time, but this time the things the crew was saying (as if I wasn 't just on the other side of the drive thru- window) is just not acceptable-and management of this store should be ashamed of the way the crew holds such low standards. It just didn 't feel like I was at a Taco Bell, totally disgusting and pejorative to hear, tell that guy to suck a di€K I will be in tomorrow to speak to upper management about this situation and I will definitely exercise management to review footage. The body language itself speaks 1000 words. So sad this taco bell has such low standards
