Carl's Jr. - Selma

I am generally satisfied with the service and burgers at this Carl's Jr. On my last visit, I decided to try the crispy tacos, but they had an aftertaste so I will probably just stick to the burgers next time.

I ordered a lettuce-wrapped burger for my keto diet, but they made me a regular hamburger instead. When I asked for a remake, the cashier seemed bothered even though I was the only customer at the time. Eventually, the cook started making me a new burger, but the cashier was about to throw away the wrong one. I told them to put the patty on my lettuce wrap, but the cook said it was too late and the cashier ended up tossing it away. Despite paying $15.20 for a patty, cheese, lettuce wrap, and a drink, they did not offer me the patty they threw away. The cashier claimed it was too late, even though my burger had not been wrapped yet. They did not prioritize the customer in this situation. I will not return and will opt for a lettuce wrap from Burger King instead. The service was rude on 11/28/23 at 12:30 pm.

We were passing through town and stopped for breakfast. Got a breakfast burrito to share with my baby but when i opened it up there was a hair inside. Already on the road so couldn?t go back for a refund or exchange. Highly disappointed

My mom and I were driving back home to Hanford from visiting family in Madera when I suddenly had a craving for Carl's Jr. for dinner. We decided to stop at the drive-thru of the Selma location since it was conveniently on our way home. We both ordered the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of fried zucchini instead of fries. Once we got home and dug in, we were blown away by how delicious everything was. The cheeseburger was so thick and satisfying that I couldn't even finish it all. The cashier at the drive-thru was also very friendly. I will definitely stop by this location again when passing through.

This has to be the best Carl's Jr. in existence. The owner and staff are always polite and the food is always made to the highest standard. The inside seating area is spacious and clean. Think Los Pollos Hermanos but burgers.
