After the suggested 30-minute wait time to collect my order, I started to feel a bit annoyed when, after 20 minutes, a staff member explained that they were having issues with their stoves. I would have preferred to be informed about this from the start, but I understand that these things happen. They offered me a discount and a few complimentary cakes for the kids, which was a nice gesture. This is an excellent example of how good customer service can make a big difference. The food was great, as always, and I will definitely be returning soon.

I absolutely love Pizza Thyme! I've never had a bad pizza from there; it's always our top choice for pizza.
