Bidrage med feedbackI took my wife for a surprise birthday dinner with some of our children and we had an amazing evening. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, which is always a good sign. The atmosphere was lively and we were seated at a table behind the bar, which was perfect. The staff were fantastic and we had a great time chatting with them. The food was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
My party of 6 arrived at a very busy restaurant with a crowded waiting area filled with people waiting to be seated or picking up takeout orders. It was loud and felt cramped, with one waiter rudely telling us to move to make way for other customers. Once we were finally seated, the noise level was still overwhelming but the service improved. The food was good, though not exceptional. The lack of a warm welcome and the high noise levels were disappointing. It seemed like the restaurant was struggling to keep up with its popularity, leading to a chaotic and stressful environment for both customers and staff.
Booked a table for my sons birthday on a Thursday evening, the place was very busy but we were greeted and seated straight away, the staff were attentive and the whole ambience was perfect. Menu is varied and everything we ordered was perfect, one of the nicest Indian meals I’ve had and this view was shared by us all. To top it off the waiter discreetly took my sons birthday cake and came back with it, lights lowered and a giant sparkler flaring away, to a rendition of happy birthday his face was a picture
We ordered takeout from Cumin Lounge to be delivered to our nearby pub. There were 7 of us and each person had a different order. The food arrived piping hot, tasty, and right on schedule. The balti sauce was exceptional (could there be fennel in it?). We will definitely return. Thank you, Cumin Lounge!
Pleasant venue with a good range of food. It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday evening! There is a good range of food on the menu and really clear descriptions of ingredients and how spicy things are. We had a range of starters which were all good, the lamb chops and onion bhaji were lovely. The naan breads were really nice, would recommend the cheese and garlic one! The mains and rice were all really good, we got a lot of food! Tucked away in South Milford it is a bit of a surprise but it is work a visit!
