Domaine de Cabasse - Séguret

It is in the country with very little else in the vicinity so great for peace and quiet. Service patchy' because very little English spoken. One woman on reception was excellent and went out of her way to assist us but the rest of the...staff were not so good. Unless you have a car you do not really have any choice but to eat in their restaurant and meals were a set menu with no choice. Rooms varied but most were reasonably large by French standards.

Disappointing! a unique basic meal for 52€, the service was poor, the waiters were mistaken several times and served us in the mess, the child dish was served alone while we waited for the entrance for 45min, the wine only after the second dish on our request, brief really disappointed I do not advise this restaurant the same for the nearby tables that received the same service.

Had dinner at two places during the stay in the hotel. a part of a large group, meal was good. impressed to perfectly served scallops .

We ended here today by coincidence, we did not know about it, nor did we have a reservation. The staff is great! The rooms are small but clean and modern, the air condition works well and the outdoor pool area is great. We tried the...kitchen for lunch and we were not dissapointed, it is also a working wineyard and you must taste thier wines as well, typical Cote de Provence with lots of flavour, I would recommend the Rose.

This young chef is an aspiring star. our food was deliciously prepared and artistically presented. truly the best trout I have ever enjoyed, and I grew up on fish trout in colorado. he was most interested in pleaseing us and with us at several points in the...seven and the setting of the restaurant is something directly from a film set.
