High Park Fish Chips - Sefton

After receiveing 1 out 2 meals cold I called up and spoke to a young girl who kindly passed me over to another lady who advised she was the manager. I explained the food had arrived and it was cold and the fried noodles were very dry. The lady immediately began speaking over me telling me she had packed the meals and no way could they have been dry tasting. After her continuous shouting over me telling me I was wrong she refused to resolve the situation. £12 of food wasted and not even an offer to replace it. Disgusting customer service, poor quality food. Called before ordering and was told it would be 30 mins delivery- ordered and it came over 60 mins late …. Which probably goes to show why it was in fact cold. Would not recommend and will never use again.

Popped in for chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce. The chips were reheated overdone and tasted of grease! Even the curry sauce didn’t help! As for the chicken fried rice, awful, the rice was poor, a few little bits of chicken, no taste at all, won’t be going back there again!

Have just had our delivery, from High Park Fish and Chips. We order a large chips and 2 fish. With x1 curry sauce and x1 gravy.. Came within the time advised, 1/2 hour.. But was very disappointed, as we thought we'd give this chippy another go as we weren't to impressed the last time, but thought might off been a one of. Unfortunately we were disappointed yet again the chips and the fish batter was awful. The chips were old looking. And the whole thing tasted old.. like it has been sitting about for a while. The fish wasn't flaky but a bit mushy.. it certainly didn't taste freshly fried. None of it did. We picked out what we could. And made do. Very disappointing, as we like to use our local restaurants etc.. But we won't be ordering from there again.

Use this place a lot . Wanton normally nice treat this time like licking pure salt im so disappointed its not cheap

I have visited this restaurant several times as it is my local spot, but unfortunately, I have been mostly disappointed. Hoping for a better experience, I ordered a Chinese meal tonight, but it was a letdown. The soup was thick like glue, the noodles lacked vegetables, and the prawn toast was chewy and stale. The only decent item was the boiled rice. I will not be returning in the future, as it was a waste of money. In fact, I ended up making a ham sandwich after throwing away my meal.
