Carnival Inn - Sedgemoor

We were in Bridgwater for the day and chose to have lunch at the Carnival Inn. This turned out to be one of the best Wetherspoons ever! Our cod and chips were absolutely perfect, the cod in large, moist flakes in perfect batter! We noticed the tables were cleared and wiped down quickly, plus the toilets were clean! Highly recommended!

Shockingly bad. All the tables not occupied had plates piled on them, but worse than that it’s dirty. You have to wipe your feet when you leave. The most unhygienic pub I’ve ever been in. Make sure your vaccines are up to date before visiting. Somersets dirtiest pub.

Great starting point for our girls night out, So glad we chose to order from the bar and not the app as Jake who served us was amazing, great customer service skills, fast service and went above and beyond to make our night great, every bar tender should be like Jake!

Another fabulous experience at The Carnival Inn. Prompt service, excellent prices, great grub and very cheerful and professional staff. These are the reasons why we keep on coming back.

The food was good, but many tables had dirty dishes left on them for the whole time we were there. The duty manager was really busy, set a good example to other staff, just a shame they didn’t follow the example.
