Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a Coke that was flat, tasting like water and syrup with no fizz, and both burger buns were extremely stale. This restaurant should not be in business; it was absolutely revolting. The burger was covered in a thick, white, squishy substance that did not resemble any kind of fat I've ever seen before. We ended up throwing it all away as it was inedible. This place is a serious health hazard and I would not recommend it to anyone.
There was a long line of customers waiting for their food and the staff was very slow. The food was okay, but I will definitely steer clear of this restaurant in the future.
This Burger King location is a disappointment. The employees were rude and served our drink in a dirty cup, only to double down by putting the dirty cup inside another cup when we complained. The burger we ordered was cold and unappetizing, and when we called them out on it, the staff simply rewrapped the same burger and handed it back to us. We attempted to report our experience through the provided web link on the receipt, but it was not available. In the end, we had to throw away the food. This place is not to be trusted - they serve dangerous cold burgers and have poor hygiene practices.
The worst Burger King ever do not eat here! The food was cold and the bun was stale. Amazed that Burger King would allow this, flabbergasted!
This is the worst experience I have ever had in any Burger King establishment before, I was staying at the nearby Days Inn when I decided to go grab myself something tasty to eat but i really wish that I hadn't of bothered now as with the exception of the drink, it all went into the bin, cold dry disgusting for almost £12. I arrived to find that I had to order from one of the self serve machines at the entrance, there was only one other person inside waiting for their food which I found strange for what I thought would be a busy Friday summer teatime, the prices looked much more expensive than the standard Burger King's that I have previously visited but I decided to treat myself anyway to a double whopper with cheese, medium fries a coke zero, I paid then sat waited patiently for my food to be freshly prepared. I sat there with this same customer that was still waiting for their order for about 10mins when their meal was finally ready, other people had started to appear but I then noticed that the staff were doing absolutely nothing just seem to be standing there chatting with one other, after about 15 more minutes my number was displayed so I got up to walk towards the counter, my food bag felt like it was thrown at me as the server just started walking off like he did with the previous customer, I politely asked if there were any mayonnaise this young man just glared at me, he muttered something under his breath, put 2 sachets on the counter then proceeded to walk off again, I took my food then walked back to my hotel room not realising that I had no salt or napkins in the bag I was given, it's lucky there was a straw sticking out of my drink. Once inside my room I opened the bag ready for a delicious looking hot burger with lots of salad with some hot tasty fries, but how wrong could I be as for a start the fries were a tiny half bag were very tepid the burger once I unwrapped it was the biggest disappointment as it felt stone cold in a very dry bun with overcooked dry cold meat, nothing was inside the burger, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, no mayonnaise, no pickles, nothing, I took a bite but it was stone cold along with the fries, I picked up the food all ready to go back to ask for a refund after having a few sips of my coke which was ok, but it was pouring of rain outside now so I couldn't walk back there or I would of got soaked as I had no coat with me, I had no alternative but to put it all inside the bin after taking photos as I was leaving the hotel very early the following morning. From that evening onwards for about 10 days I was in contact constantly with customer support asking for a refund, but nothing ever came of it as they stopped replying to my emails in the end without giving me the email address of this burger king Manager which I had requested on numerous occasions, i was told that they cannot issue me with a refund as the Motorway Burger King's are a franchise that are privatised, a very disappointing experience that wasted so much of my time as well as my money.
