Bidrage med feedbackI don't even know why I keep coming here. Always bad service, no matter who's taking care of you. And the drinks never how you ask. The DND on 704 Kennedy Blvd, in Union City, so much better.
Staff was pleasant. I asked for the ladies room and wasn 't given the customers only stink face. I love their summer drink selections. I had a mango something or other.
This restaurant is located very close to my home, but it’s disappointing. I was in a rush this morning, so I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I was quickly reminded of the slow service here compared to other Dunkin' locations. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it tasted like watered-down dishwater with just a hint of chocolate. It was so bad that I discarded it after just two sips. I really hope someone capable takes over this place and manages it properly. I'm shocked that Dunkin' Corporate allows such a poorly run location to continue operating.
THE WORST PLACE EVER! DON’T SPEND A CENT HERE—GO TO THE OTHER STORE, WHERE THEY TREAT YOU BETTER! I ordered a bagel not toasted with butter on the side, and I had to drive all the way back because they messed up my order. They made me show proof of purchase, even though I had a bagel in hand. Instead of correcting the mistake, the guy behind the counter mocked me, warmed my bagel in the microwave, and handed it back with a crooked smile. Now, the bagel is so hard after being microwaved that I can’t even bite into it. He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional! Since this is a family-run business, I doubt he will face any consequences, so I urge everyone not to spend their money here. You can find much better service at the store down the street. I will never come back; what happened felt discriminatory. If you can’t provide good customer service, maybe it’s time to find a different job. Now I’m left without food, and I’ve already paid for it.
The hostess took a long time to inform me of the iced coffee prices. Additionally, it took her an excessive amount of time to prepare the drink, which only required four components: coffee, ice, cream, and Sweet 'n Low. When I asked about the balance on my debit card, she only provided the points I had earned, rather than the balance itself. I should mention that I wasn't wearing my glasses, so I had difficulty reading the receipt.
