Wawa - Sebring

CHAOS!!! It was so disorganized it's not even funny. Cashiers weren't working, breakfast sandwiches trays weren't kept therefore almost empty, coffee was empty as well. It's good to have a local WAWA but I think the crew need a little more training. Don't have to agree with me. I only post honest reviews. This review may change over time. I'm only reviewing what I see today

If you go to put fuel on your vehicle dont use the app or pay at the pump because they will put a charge of 100.00 on your card that you will have to call your bank and have it disputed and then wait 3 to 10 days for the credit back into your account. First and last time that I go there. Good luck

I'm impressed with how fast they get orders out for the amount of people ordering being such a new location. Todat was my second visit, for lunch. My burrito didnt have a topping I added and Erin made it right! It was all smiles from the employees, everyone was helpful!

Worst Wawa I've ever been to! It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. They made our ICED coffees with the packets of sugar/Splenda and didn't bother melting it before putting it in our ICED lattes. The person making the drinks kept leaving the drink counter every time she started a new drink to grab the EXACT amount of packets needed for that drink only ???? I get a lot of people are short staffed, BUT you also had at least 1 manager standing around like they hadnothing else better to do. She definitely should have jumped in to help the person making the drinks. I've been to more than 20 different Wawa and this was the WORST experience I've ever had. Maybe this new store didn't get enough training.

Location is dirty outside nonstop which is really unappealing outside a ?food? establishment. I?m a huge fan of the gobbler bowl this time of year and get it frequently across all of the 3 locations. This location CONSISTENTLY under fills the bowls. It?s not right when it comes to down to how much I pay for them.
