I can't think of anything good to say. Prior to pandemic I stopped in for happy hour on the regular.They only had 2 tables occupied at 4ish. The bartender brought me a bottle of water without a glass and she quickly disappeared. The scanned menu didn't show happy hour. So I waited and waited for her to return, never did. She was doodling around and did not pay any attention to me, a customer. So I walked out and went where they actually wait on customers.New owners? Something happened!!!
Eating here is delicious, but nothing special. maybe just a little overpriced. service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. surely, give this restaurant a try if they are interested in high quality Italian.
First a disclaimer I had an amazing day before I stopped here. a rare perfect day, after another close perfect day in seattle. when I say it was one of the best culinary experiences that I had, because so many others were going great in this week. we had the artichoke dip and oliven as an appetizer. everything was perfect, the cheese balanced with the fine acid of the artichoke. for dinner we had a margherita and bianca 10 inches. was great, the teig was light and well made. we had a lemon drop martini and paper chase’s cocktail. they were both well made and balanced. to breakfast, tiramisu. everything was great, and it was a really positive experience overall
Our first time here, after having friends and relatives rave about the place. We were at The Neptune to see a show celebrating my wife's 50th Birthday, thought we'd give it a shot. First, they were so amazingly accommodating with my reservation, as I wanted a nice table by the window, and some dessert brought to my wife at the end of our meal. Our server Claire, was so on point and on top of things, giving us all of the specials without acting like she had to recite them. Her recommendations were spot on, and we followed her advice. The food was way above par, way above even what I was expecting. The Burrata appetizer was incredible, as was everything else we ordered. Claire touched out table just the right amount of times, never hovering, but always looking out for our next order. Having been in the industry over 25 years, I'm impressed with the cleanliness, portions, service, smiles, and attention. The House Manager Jason is a really great host, with a staff who loves him, and he has a huge heart. They went out of their way to make my Wife's birthday dinner a huge success. We cannot wait to return with friends and family. Hard to believe we live 3 miles from Tutta Bella, and it's taken us this long to visit. The next visit will be very soon.
