Subway - Seattle

I drive out of my way to go to this Subway because of the friendly staff and consistent service. It’s impeccably clean and the food is always fresh. My first visit found the owner working behind the counter and it was refreshing to experience a small business owner who actually cares about quality and customer service. We all have choices where we do business and this Subway has my vote!

Service was fine, but the online ordering system was inactive. So, because it was lunch time, it took about 10 minutes to get my order done.

Came in on a rough day, had a few issues with my payment method and they were more than kind with a solution. Legitimately made my day. Way cool people here.

Excellent customer service, always quick without sacrificing the quality or interaction. Favorite Subway to go to.

If this is the location downtown near Virginia Ave(I visit a lot of subways as I like them), the person behind the counter was rude. An apparently homeless person came in asking for a drink I paid for them to have one, but the worker was still mean and began cussing them out. The other subways in the area are great and friendly.
