I went on a Monday morning, a public holiday. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be served. If it was a buffet, there might not have been a long wait. The meal itself was delicious, but unfortunately there was a mandatory 18% tip. (There are many restaurants like this in Seattle)

The jack bacon burger I got was AMAZING! The fries were also very crispy and tasted great. Service was good and it had a nice atmosphere.
Mediocre at best- nothing to write home about. Even for hotel food this is pretty bad
