Qin Xi'an Noodles - Seattle

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is outstanding. I especially enjoy the chili sauce. However, it would be beneficial to have more visible signage and better lighting outside. Without these improvements, it is easy for someone unfamiliar with the area to not realize that this place is open for business.

This is a great place for noodles if you are in the area.

4.5/5! Got the five spice rice noodle soup and reminded me of 鸭血粉丝汤 with the vinegar additions! Dad got the pao mo beef soup was thicker beef was good. *Add extra cilantro next time* 5 spice chicken 3.6/5

This is the mom and pop shop noodle place you’ve been looking for in Seattle. Simple, clean, and quick service. Owner and staff were nice and welcoming. Ansley and will be back and support them for many years to come!

No frills but the hand pulled noodles are amazing! Lamb skewers and pork wonton s also excellent!
