Mcdonald's - Seattle

The location of this restaurant is really terrible. I would rather drive the two miles to the Westwood location. They consistently mess up my orders. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe and received a plain Quarter Pounder. When I asked for extra fries with my Happy Meals, I got apples instead. But yesterday was the worst experience yet. I have young children, so I requested a large bag to carry the food and both kids after going through the drive-thru. When I asked for a big bag at the second window, they refused to give me one. I offered to pay for it, but they charged me $1 instead of the usual $0.10. It took longer to process the bag charge than it did to get my food. When I received my receipt, I saw that they had made up a charge for 3 cups of ice just to make the total $0.99 with tax. It seems like the employees are making up rules and prices on the spot, in addition to consistently getting the orders wrong. This experience was truly terrible. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I did not receive the discount that was promised to me by the app on my order.

I have not had good McDonald's fries in a while. I find that at other places, they are often either too cold or too dry.

Awful food, served wrong at high prices. They forgot that people went there because it was cheap and fast. Now, with ridiculous prices, it's expensive garbage.
