Cactus Alki Beach - Seattle

The wait was 40 mins after checking in at the front door with the QR code.. there were multi tables open so I asked the hostess how long we had and he sat us immediately. So maybe check in with the hostess and not the QR code. Other than that service was good and the food was even better! :

Wow this place was so good! We had the Mexican street corn and had to come back a few days later for more. The skirt steak was amazing! We also had chips and salsa (which cost $4.25 btw) but they also had quac, queso, tamales, salads, soups you'll definitely find something to try. The resturant is along Alki Beach and pretty much the last one on the strip but worth going to. You can always grab an e bike or scooter and there's a bus that runs along the main road if you're coming from the water taxi in downtown Seattle. You get dropped off at the other end of the strip and it's a moderate walk but totally worth it!

I always used to get the impeccable carne asada from here but I branched out and tried their Chile relleno. Needless to say I’ve now had it 3x in 3 weeks, I am obsessed! Service and drinks are always good. Expect to spend some time here and enjoy your chips and salsa.

Great tasting foods! The Jack Fruit tacos are amazing. The photo I have attached is proof the foods are delicious.

I am so done with Cactus Alki. Few weeks ago I ordered take out including a non-alcoholic drink with no ice as that's a preference of mine. Incredibly enough they filled they gave me a half filled drink. How cheap can that possibly be? But apparently that was not enough. Tonight I ordered a bowl of Pozole soup for $9.00 and not only did they give me what I would compare to a cup but also it was only filled 2/3 of the container (photo included). It may look like I ate some but I swear I only opened it and took the picture. This cheap service delivery should be an embarrassment, but apparently it is a norm. I kept quiet with the half full drink but enough is enough. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing the same treatment. Take your business elsewhere.
