Fulcrum Café - Seattle

Love their specialty drinks!! Aesthetic and comfy to sit and drink for a while. I like the drinkware too. We have liked everything we have tried here! They introduced me to how delicious dill in a scone could be. Breakfast sandwiches are good too.

The platonic ideal of a cool coffee shop. Perfect espresso and pastries in a deeply stylish space that functions super well for working remote. (Also shout out to the baristas on February 9th for shutting down someone itching for a fight in the lightest and most polite way possible).

A friend recommended Fulcrum, so I was really excited to try the store. It is super cute on the inside, responsive staff Busy, but seems like an awesome place to work and hang out. : I liked that their location is nearby quite a few attractions and hotels. Walking would be easy. Parking is more difficult since it is right on the main road so street parking could be nearby or a few blocks away. Walked in, and was greeted immediately. Their menu has quite a few specialty drinks, which look amazing. Being the simple person I am, I ordered an iced white mocha coffee on the sweeter side. The coffee came hot, that's okay. The disappointing downside is that it tasted like chocolate flavored water. Maybe that's not one of their specialties. Cute, but sadly would not come back.

The cafe is very aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The coffee is decent. The staff are friendly, but a little slow. I went later in the day and there were still a steady flow of customers, but 1 person as both cashier and barista. I think it might have been an off day so I'll give it another try and you should too.

Cozy and sleek, Fulcrum offers an excellent space for coffee drinkers to enjoy their wonderful coffee. They also carry a small selection of Macrina baked goods and some breakfast sandwiches if you fancy a bite. Most importantly I just love their creamy green tables and chairs outside, a bit hidden behind the vibrant plants and flowers, that to me is a great spot to appreciate the fast and slow of city life. Oh and their coffee cups are so neat!
