The portion sizes are truck stop crazy enormous! They have six and twelve egg omelets that are gut busting delishes. I chose the Country Benedict with country gravy smothering all over. I'm so glad this place survived the Covid 19 restrictions. Make sure you support this Seattle landmark must see experience.

I have been coming to Beths since the 90's. Still great food, awesome value, and unique decor. The staff is always great.

A Seattle staple, but a few things. Processed food like the maple syrup for the pancakes has so many preservatives and the hash browns are cooked in either trans fats and/or animal fats that’s also not natural. I wanted to like this establishment, yet since I heard they’re closing for several months, then maybe they should take the time to revamp their menu with all-natural ingredients instead. Too bad, but not for me….
