Went to the drive-thru. It was okay, got 3 dipped cones (please bring back butterscotch dip), and a brownie sundae. Ice cream was good, the cones were fresh, no complaints about the treats. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Recommended dishes: Cones

In 102F temperature, my wife and grandson walked across the street 50 yards to Dairy Queen to pickup a kid's meal. When they got back home, the boy's fries had been forgotten. Annoyed, my wife called and complained. They apologised and said to come back. Nope, not in this temperature. A short time later, she received a call from them. They were bringing the fries (and an ice cream) to us. Old school customer service. Great response Dairy Queen. Thank you.
