Went for an anniversary meal and they couldn't have been more helpful with both mine and my wife's intolerances, the food was amazing and each meal was cooked to suit our needs.

Fabulous hotel and restaurant Rooms: Booked a room for my husbands 70th birthday had booked a family meal in the restaurant) Rooms are lovely everything you could possibly want super comfy bed. 2 of my children had booked rooms too they were all excellent Food drinks: Booked a surprise 70th birthday dinner for my husband. There were 9 of us and it was fantastic food was amazing. I booked for the chef to make a birthday cake and he didn’t disappoint everything was brilliant.

The atmosphere and decor were great, it was very relaxing and calm. Most of the food was very nice, 3 of us had the same food and all said that the leek was not cooked but everything else was very nice. In my opinion the wait between course was very slow, there not many other tables in that night and we seemed to wait forever between courses. This may be what you expect for this style of restaurant, but it is just my opinion. The staff were very polite, but they were constantly at the table removing cutlery or glasses and asking if everything was OK. For me, they should wait until the end of the course and remove everything or wait to be called over if we need something. It was dark on arrival and it was pretty hard to see the entrance to the car park.

We had a warm welcome on arrival and a wonderful lunch. It was a joy to experience such quality food, prepared with care, cooked with excellent culinary expertise, and presented with beautiful precision. The front of house service was impeccable, informative, prompt, precise, yet friendly. A delight. We travelled for over an hour to the restaurant and the journey was well worth it. Our conversation on the way back home was all about the food. Thank you to everyone who made this such a delightful experience.
