I would always ordered 2/3 times a week the same exact thing, now all of a sudden it changed and I’m allergic to those changes, but it was my fault for not knowing 1 out of the 100 times I ordered it, that it’s different but it’s my fault, ridiculous, never again will I order

Tasty, quick service, wide variety of options, value. Good location. Nicely presented with pizza toppings, ketchup and pizza trays.

I order from Peppers frequently. Food is always good and considering the turnover in all food service businesses. I order at home and from work a few times a week. Owner and staff are always friendly and truly care that the orders are done correctly. Had an issue recently with extra sauces ordered were not the order, unfortunately it was more than once. When I called after the 3 rd time asking if perhaps there is a shortage in certain items and perhaps that was why we didn’t get the sauces. It is an on going problem in the food service supply. The owner couldn’t apologized enough and wanted to bring the sauces. I refused as the people who didn’t get the sauces were already eating their lunches. Well it happened again today. And when I called again he was very apologetic and explained the employee turnover and didn’t even let me refuse him running them over. He just asked what they were and sent them over within 15 minutes. And brought fresh cookies as another apology. It is this reason that even with an oops once in awhile, that I continue to do business with Peppers . I understand the struggles In the food service industry with supply and employees. And I’ll let the mistakes go , because I will always try to support independent family run businesses. We all have to try to understand that things still aren’t back to normal and a oops is going to happen. But peppers always tries to fix it if they can. Keep supporting this businesses and others like it. Thank you to the Peppers Owner and Staff for sticking with it through these hard times. The lunch was great and truly appreciated the apology cookies and running the sauces to us. It’s stuff like this that make your business stand out. Sorry about the very long post.

Called for delivery at 830, no delivery available so we ordered for pickup. The girl was leaving with deliveries when we got there at 910. When asked they said she was really backed up and had orders inClarks Summit, she said you were in Taylor right? She never asked where we were at, but we were in West Side. Tots were cold and hard as rocks, in 2 orders, no jalapeños on nachos and no sour cream with pierogies. We did go back in for that. Sorry if the time on your phone was disturbed. Used to love to order from here, but idk if we will again.
