Bidrage med feedbackWe have been ordering this store for three years, lately the quality of pizza seems to be in decline. Tonight, however, the service and the discouragement we received from an employee and the manager exceeded. We order several times a month, same order every time, usually $42-$48. Our order was made at 18:41, at 19:59 we received a text that it was for delivery. At 9:00 we called the store, were assured that our pizza was delivered and immediately suspended. So we called again, the same young lady answers the phone, yes just give me the phone connected to the order, then she says they will? Remake, my pizzas and resend for me at no cost. Oh, wait your refund for my 3 hours? No, we're not responsible. But I was charged, $42, where she answers, but we're going to do it again and don't invite you, as I said clearly. So I then asked myself to talk to a manager because this young woman obviously does not understand that I am not responsible for paying $42 for 2 pizzas I never received after 3 hours and 15 minutes. The manager then takes the call, repeating rude young woman remarks with a emphasis on the fact that my order, which is now 3 1/2 hours too late, which has already been paid but delivered to a false address that he is unable to check (what I know is bad) will be at me at no cost, but that his business does not give at any time refund? After 3 years of patronage in this store when/if I have my pizzas tonight, I will never buy or recommend pizza hat again and again.
Food is always hot and fresh. We always have a good experience in this pizza hat.
Boneless chicken wings are undercooked and they hardly put a sauce on them. This is the last time on behalf of this business! Every time they send me something raw or make the whole order wrong. Also at my last order the fresh seal was broken...... please order elsewhere!!!
Epic fail. Let me start out by telling you I tried downloading there app. After 1/2 hour of trying to create a pizza this app kept on crashing so I decided to call my local store direct. The phone rang and no one picked up so I hung up and was going to order from another pizza place when I received a phone call from a call center asking me if I still wanted to order a pizza. They put me on hold they tried calling my local store and told me that they were not delivering so they chose this particular store which was not too far from me. I ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese you would think nowadays that they would have some sort of non-dairy cheese but that's not happening. So after asking for all vegetable toppings they told me that the pizza had to be made regular because I could not have a deep dish pizza they ran out of deep dish dough so I proceeded to order it anyway I guess that was a big mistake. This pizza which probably at any other place else would be around five or six dollars cost me $24 and I don't mind paying for something but I wish i would have got what I paid for. The person who took my order on the phone was extremely nice she told me that they delivery would be around a half hour I told her because of social distancing I would like for them to deliver the pizza but give me a text when the gentleman showed up because he was leaving the pizza outside. Well that never happened the gentleman left the pizza outside in the plastic bag with two receipts on the top never text me it was extremely late the pizza was ice cold and there was nothing on that pizza that resembles a veggie pizza. I'm extremely appreciative for people who are out working these days it's very scary but for $24 that pizza was not edible but on kind of a good note they left me a note saying that they would give me a free pizza because of their mess up but I don't know? If this is how they make their pizzas it's not worth it. Even for free. I give them a D+ at best.
When my pizza arrived it came cold and looked like this. Just thrown together poorly. For 17 dollars on a delivery this is the product I get?
