Starbucks - Scottsdale

Requisit to the Barista after their training and try their best to fix an unpleasant situation for a customer. The police should not be held in a higher position than the comfort of those they have signed to protect. You're doing fantastic, sweetie.

I don't drink coffee. Starbucks to me is the epitome of narcissistic coffee drinks. YET I want to pick up coffee for a friend and an iced tea and cake pops for myself and I was pleasantly surprised by the staffs (Baristas) down to earth attitudes. With this Starbucks being in the epicenter of stereotypes I was not expecting their level of care and customer service for not having a cake pop I wanted. Literally, I didn't care but they cared more than I did and we're very apologetic and offered me free ones the next time I was in! Good for you Starbucks.

I went in today to pick up my mobile order and was greeted by Mikayla (sorry when I wrote it wrong! and she told me they were from almond milk. She made amazing suggestions and taught me something new about her blonde espresso! I am trying to learn a new thing every day together with a good deed. Great customer service! The ladies were friendly, the store was clean too.

I experienced friendly customer service! I recently moved here and it's a nice change. Baristas make sure you feel welcome and make sure you get your drink right. They are not a “Next in line!”.
