Starbucks - Scottsdale

Horrible customer service. STOP forcing people to wear a mask, there?s no mandate, get over urself. A mask should be a personal choice. Keep in mind the only reason YOU have a job is because people come and order. Shame on you! everyone wants to return bk to normal, masks are NOT normal! Will never return here.

We use this Starbucks often for my company and I use it every so often personally when I'm at work. If there has ever been an issue, Steven is my go to guy! He is an amazing Starbucks employee and does an amazing job making any issues right. Thank you Steven for being my #1 Starbucks guy.

Walked in and was greeted by a group of laughing employees and then they said to us, ?how did you get in here, the lobby is closed. You?ll have to use the drive thru.? No thanks, I?ll now be going to Coffee bean and tea leaf where I can sit in the lobby and the coffee is as good if not better. Their tea is definitely better. I have always been loyal to Starbucks but I?m moving on.

All of the employees here are fantastic, they are all personable, care, work fast and hard. I drive past 3 Starbucks out of my way, just to come to this one and it?s worth it. Joe is an amazing manager who truly cares about his teams well-being, and treats every customer like family. Bar-none, the best around? I?m hesitant to even write this review, I don?t want to make this one too crowded.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent. Although it's a Starbucks, the drinks I get here feel more refreshing than at other locations. The atmosphere must have something to do with it. Overall, it's a great place with great drinks.
