Samurai Sam's Teriyaki Grill

I love coming here! One reason I love it so much is for the customer service. Jose and Josue and so awesome; they never disappoint. It’s really rare to have great people at food places like this.So you can imagine how utterly disappointed I was walking into the establishment yesterday AND today and there was no AC. These poor guys are in there sweating like crazy for two days and yet no AC improvements have been made. I made it a point to come in today to see if it fixed and of course it wasn’t. God bless them for being so positive and upbeat about it. But having no AC in this heat is WRONG

This place is really good! The food is fresh, fast and tasty. They have steak, chicken, shrimp, salmon or veggie options for the bowls. And they also have brown rice as an option which is really nice. The people working there were so nice! We’ll definitely be back!!Food: 5/5

As a uber driver this place has the friendliest atmosphere out of all the restaurants in phoenix. Workers here are always friendly. The food is bomb too

The chicken here was not good, but they redesigned the store at least. The chicken was cut in large chunks and just seemed a bit off. The bowl was just boring this time
