Old Town Tortilla Factory - Scottsdale

It would have been 5 stars if we could sit outside, but unfortunately it was too cold!

All in all a great visit. A bit loud and it wasn't so busy. The food was good (not great). We'll be back.

Disgusting night. We were excited to go there for the first time. With all the other great foods and restaurants we probably don't go back. The young hostesses we don't pay much attention to greeting and service. Party of six, we sat in a separate small room. With “No” other guests. Made for a very strange experience. This seemed to make it difficult for our server. While she was happy and helpful. She was rarely there. And things like drinks took a long time. The bartender to ask for a tequila recommendation took even longer. The food was okay. Some liked it. Everyone who had tacos had dry chicken. Disgusting night.

Great dinner for a group of nine. Food was good! Back room available beautiful privacy.. Servers were excellent!!!

Tortilla Factory seems to be showing it's age. The inside feels tired and old, with worn tables and uncomfortable seats. The food is passable, but in a town full of wonderful Mexican Food choices, passable is not enough. Great outside patio when it warms up a bit.
